Return Policy

15 DAY RETURN POLICY:

RETURNS:  All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in original packaging or will be subject to denial.  You have 15 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items. A Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased minus return shipping fees. Store credit never expires. 


To start a return, contact us at thepickypicklestyle@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please include the Packing Slip with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package. Additional items not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit. Store credit cannot be applied to a future purchase until the return is processed

FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES:

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to care for our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away!  

 

EXCHANGES:

Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available, and you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item. Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. 

Please allow 7-10 business days for the Exchange Request to be processed and shipped.
